Core Family Membership Definition: Includes immediate family, father, mother, and/or significant other and children 18 and under living in same household, including foster, adopted, joint custody and stepchildren. College age students living at home, under the age of 21, can be added to a family membership, if proof of semester registration or a current student ID is presented and uploaded to their file.
